Good morning all,
While glancing through a pulp catalog by Medals of America (www.MedalsofAmerica.com), I saw a large cloth patch of an eagle and shield with "Cold War Veteran".
It's listed as # 806 - and expensive (less so for recipients of TARP funds) at $29.95.
Warm regards,
Bob

Good morning all,
In the same catalog I saw another Cold War cloth patch.
It's 4" and only costs $6.95.
The catalog reference number is: P754.
Full disclosure: I have no interest in this company, its suppliers etc etc.....just mentioning as a matter of Cold War Veteran interest.
Warm regards,
Bob

Thanks for the information, South. I'll surf over that way and check out the patches.

Thats actually a smart looking patch.
I am still looking for an embroidery here in Houston for our AFCWA patches but have not found anything as of late. The prices here are pretty steep. If anyone finds anything in their neck of the woods, please put out a APB on it, here on the forum!!!!!
We need both the large 3" round and small 1 1/2" blazer/garrison cap patches made. The smaller patch will fit on the right side of the garrison cap, over the fold, in the similar way in which the WWII Airborne glider patch fit over the garrison cap fold.

Good morning Mick,
Will do a recon with those periscope type arty binoculars.
At my local DAV October meeting last month, someone mentioned a new patch shop next to the Ft Eustis strip mall area.
Will see these DAV folks in a few weeks at the Golden Coral fund raising project and will ask where this new place is at.
Warm regards,
Bob
