Fortunately here in the Netherlands we're unknow with hurricanes. Here we only know the jokes about hurricanes. Like this one: *Hurricanes have always a female name; what is the similarity between a woman and a hurricane ? Appreciate concern and hurricane joke.
Hurricane evacuation is easy enough for someone with military service. Actually, the doctrine comes from the Boy Scouts: "Be Prepared"!
